Our home roof was sagging in some areas, shingles missing all over the place, water was coming in and we had obvious signs of mold ! Insurance company kept telling us there was nothing wrong ! Insurance companies are horrible, they don’t care about you ! After many failed attempts in dealing directly with them.

We were referred to Diego with Frontline Public Adjusters. What a great decision it was. We had such a good experience. Diego was very knowledgeable and informative throughout the entire process. He really showed us that he cares and was looking out for our best interest. Our property was fixed back to normal ! Thank you Diego !

Diego was a savior! We had visible roof leaks noticed after hurricane Ian and contacted our insurance for an adjuster to come out and evaluate. USAA had a lot of claims during this time, so they brought in adjusters from other states to expedite the process. The inspector stated it was due to blowing rain coming in from a vent on the other side of the house, trailing over underside of the roof, and collecting in the area where it was leaking. My wife and I are not roofing experts and have never gone through a home insurance claim. That being said, it seemed logical that if this trail of water he spoke of followed the path he insisted, there should be signs of said water along the wood where it "trailed" and "blew in from". There was not. Quite the conclusion for a 10 minute visit. There was however an active leak that literally ran down our garage wall, laundry room wall and door frame, and somewhere along the way tripped our GFCI outlet. Dangerous.
We reached out to Diego, referred to us by a relative, and he came out to explain up front what he does and how it works. Best decision ever made! We explained that they denied our initial claim, and he advised us to give him the opportunity to reopen it. He set up another adjuster to come out with USAA and this time went on the roof with him. Both were very knowledgeable and much more thorough the initial inspector. They were on the roof and in the attic recording damages for about an hour. At the end of our second inspection, it was obvious that the claim was erronously dismissed.
The claim was reopened and Diego acted as our liaison with USAA. What he did was well beyond what the average person could have accomplished throughout the claim. His honesty, persistence, communication, and roofing expertise got our claim approved and we now have a leak free roof that does not trip our outlets. While it did take months for everything to be completed with the roof and insurance payouts (that was stated with our initial conversation with Diego), Diego's back and forth with the insurance company was crucial for our claim. He knew MUCH more than we did and was well versed on what to provide USAA as to not be discarded.There were many obstacles that came up along the way and Diego informed us when they happened, and let us know how he was going to approach it. Everything was always discussed prior to moving forward. We worked as a team. We would 110% recommend Frontline Public Adjusters for situations such as ours without any hesitation! Diego helped me with my Commercial Property in Orlando. I filed an insurance claim for a “leaking roof with water damage”. The insurance company sent one of their independent adjusters who told me that there was nothing wrong with the roof. I gave them a chance and again showed us they don’t care about their clients.

Insurance company again sent the same independent adjuster to my commercial property. But this time Diego was there. Let’s just put it did way, I got the roof replaced and water damage repaired.
