I need a 2,000 star botton please This goes for Nikki Shenk! The best mortgage loan officer ever!!! This woman went on and beyond! As a first-time home buyer there's a lot of concerns and questions, but with Nikki I was always having the information that I needed even on the weekends she was still contacting me to fill me in with new updates and informations. She's not only a mortgage loan officer, but also a tremendous human being! The most understanding person that you can ever meet! Thanks to Nikki, today we have home. Thank You Nikki❤️!!

Long term business customer but disappointed with the decline in service over the last few years. Branches are disappearing, cannot access inside lobby areas even after covid restrictions have been lifted, leave messages with no return calls and when calling the customer service line, incorrect information was given with a sad lack of sensitivity given the subject matter. Slowly closing out my accounts but very sad to see a local bank decline as much as fulton has over the last 5-7 years.

I used fulton bank for a secondary savings account. Great app n website. There was also a welcome bonus for making 10 debit card transactions.

I checked their rates a few times. They had a sale on certificates of deposits.
