I been with State Farm from many many locations around the US from being retired military. So I have experienced many offices. I have never had an office that was not nice, considerate or rude to me. Everyone has to pay the high prices of all the insurance companies to protect ourselves, but I have alway used State Farm. Luckily I have never had to make a claim besides a deer or misc. I’m 68 and happy with all the offices. Now I’m retired and settled in Mt. The office in Plains, Mt that I used for the past 15 yrs is awesome and now making changes because of there staff also retiring and I think the new staff is going to also be just as great with there updating to more easily accessibility. Good people out there. If I have questions I get answers, if I can't make it out to pay my bill they will take the info right over the phone. I have had my insurance with them over 2 decades , it one of the things we can count on. If it ain't broke don't fix it, right?
