I never post reviews , but I had to leave a comment regarding Greg Ganyo and his assistant Araceli Gonzalez .

They were both amazing and extremely helpful in my search for both great customer service and a new and better insurance policy for my auto and rental needs .

They took time to listen to me and helped me secure a better and more inclusive insurance policy , and at the same time saved me over $300 per year !!!

I would highly recommend Greg , Araceli , and the team at Ganyo Insurance Agency .

As a loan originator it’s important my clients have the most cost effective policies, most efficient service, and insurance agents that are knowledgeable about the process. I highly recommend Araceli Gonzalez! She is wonderful! Great communication. Great policy coverage and rates. Really has always gone the extra mile for my clients. On the closing side— she’s efficient and fast and gets anything we need as lender to ensure no closing delays. My clients have all enjoyed working with her and are appreciative of her hard work and professionalism. Often times it’s really hard to get in touch with someone at a call center and get docs/letters that might be needed for closing on a purchase or a refinance. Having a local agent willing to pick up the phone and get things done is imperative. Any person looking for insurance— I’d recommend Araceli. Any lender looking to refer— I’d also recommend Araceli.

I give Ganyo Insurance Agency 5 stars. Greg was great explaining
the difference between the Major Insurance companies and the
the independent agencies. His staff was outstanding with any
needs I had. The rates for my policies (8 in all) were either lower
or I got more insurance coverage for the same price as I had with
my one stand alone insurance company. I highly recommend Ganyo
Insurance Agency. Its just what you want with an insurance agent.

I have just purchased a new home in the Buckeye area and was going with a recommendation for insurance and Ganyo Insurance is who I chose from the search. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with Jelena. She was prompt and a pleasure to work with. I was working from out of state and she got everything rolling so I am now protected. She was also available to talk with where my existing insurance all you did was call an 800 number so you didn't know who or where they are located. I look forward to going in when I living there of going in and introducing myself. Thank you Jelena making things easy for me to get done.
