I have been with The Griffin Agency for five months and I am so glad I made the choice for them to handle all my home and auto insurance needs. Garrett is always responsive and Madison has been so helpful and patient with all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend this team as they are very knowledgeable and always work hard to be sure that you are getting the best bang for your buck.

I'm not understanding where the 5 star reviews are coming from. I have called for WEEKS to get simple questions answered. Not only have I not received returned phone calls, but I was put in jeopardy of missing a crucial deadline. This agency has had my business for the past 5 years. I have had no claims in this amount of time. They have simply collected commission without doing any work. When I spoke with the receptionist for the 3rd time, she assured me that either she or Mr. Griffin would be calling me before the end of the day. It has now been almost 48 hours without a return call. Mind you, I contacted the company on Facebook out of desperation and needing to get answers. I did receive a response that I would receive answers ASAP...the "S" must've meant slow. This has put me in a time crunch and I have had to go to another insurance provider to carry out the things needed. I would not recommend this agency today, tomorrow, or ever.

The most unprofessional company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I had my home owners insurance laps because they would not call me when there was a problem. I had to do all the calling. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Never again!
