I changed earthquake insurance carrier, as I no longer wanted to be with CEA. My own usual agent only does CEA, so I looked for an agent writing policies with other carriers, especially Arrowhead/Palomar and GeoVera, the only two offering insurance where I live. What should have been a simple very straightforward thing became a frustrating hunt as some other agents either refused to give me the quotes for the amounts I wanted, could not answer basic questions, or failed to return calls in a timely manner, or were too busy with other things. Until I came across Krouse Insurance. Jennifer responded immediately to my online inquiry, reached out to me with questions, adjusted the quote as requested, had short turn around times, and we were set within a few days. 07/17/24 - Jennifer is one of a kind. The Customer Service she provides is hard to find in any kind of business nowadays. She needs to have her own TV commercial, the one you can always rely on, who will take care of you in any kind of situation. I can always count on Jennifer to take care of my insurance needs! After 30 years with Jason Krause as my agent, I am completely devastated and should have changed Insurance a long time ago. My house flooded, I called Jason regarding hotel accommodations that I had to pay, he stated "call your adjustor". I ended up taking a shower by my pool in order to go to work for 4 days, as I didn't have the money for a hotel. Also there were claims on my driving record that deem "My Fault" in which i was involved in a "hit and run" as well as "a squirrel eating my electrical system" should be comprehensive, however my driving record states "At Fault" Evertime I had a problem, Jason referred my to someone else, the adjustor etc., what service. Unfortunately, I had a horrible automobile accident and am unable to work. Jason was aware that I had no money to pay the last month September 2024 due to the accident. I even kept asking for discounts and didn't even drive 7000 miles per year. Emails don't cut it, a personal phone call would have been better. My rates increased from $128.00 a month to $303.00 a month. My vehicle has been planned non operational since then. We'll today I was sent to collections, I guess there's no LOYALTY anymore, just business as usual. If you have a major problem with your home or automobile, plan on doing you're own footwork.
