This company is fraudulent and will take your money on some random date without your permission for a canceled policy. 10/10 don’t recommend. Every single bad review is correct and I really wish I would have listened. Gary I hope you feel good stealing from hard working family’s. Greedy is what you are and we will have no part in it. I will get my money back guaranteed. You are a fraud all you had to do was make it right.

I'm so glad I looked around for new car insurance. The guys at allstate make sure that your comfortable with the coverage that you choose. and also offer extra coverage like roadside assistance, rental assistance. And they also call you back when they say they are. Thank you allstate. I'm getting a much better service than I was before.

Terrible company. Been with them for years with full coverage on multiple new bmws. Never had a problem with them until an accident happened, I got rear ended by a motorist without insurance.

They tried everything they could to not pay for my repairs. Fought for months to get anything done, and they refused to use oem parts on my new car that I had under 2000 miles on it.

The staff is clueless, and Gary himself is senile.

Look somewhere else because they don't care about you, just your money.

They have always been helpful and always been friendly. Never had a problem. If I have a question they cannot answer, they call me back with the answer. They never say they do not know. They get the answer for me.

They are easy to work with ,they always answer the phone if l have questions .
The roadside assistance seems hard to reach unless you go online but it is really fast once you log in
