I’ve used Geldin Insurance Services for several years now and have always been treated almost as family! Mr. George Geldin provides personal and tireless service to his clients; as a working professional in the medical field, I’ve found this agency to be professional, but importantly, very timely and responsive to my questions and needs. Mr. Geldin himself recently assisted my 22 year old son to reissue a new insurance plan after he left his employment to attend college. Even though insurance agents make little on self-insured health insurance, he provided sage and very timely guidance. I’ve sent patients to Geldin Insurance Services, and the feedback parallels mine! Was kicked off SAG-AFTRA health insurance for the first time in 15 years. George was invaluable in helping navigate the very confusing options for Cover California. I had a ton of questions and George was patient enough to answer them all. And when Kaiser improperly denied me coverage for the first month, George found a way to make sure I continued with health coverage. I wish I had found him sooner. Thanks George!

PRO:

Very helpful at the beginning.

CON:

If you don't qualify or not able to get insurance though him, he tell you and that's the end of it. He will no longer help you and will not answer any of your questions. You are on your own.

OVERALL:

If all you want to get health insurance with no more interaction with him, than go to him. If you want someone to answer questions weather you qualify or not, AVOID HIM!

NOTES:

I have a friend that is in the health insurance business but my mom convince me to go to him since she work with him before on other things before he got into the health insurance business.

Well, HUGE MISTAKE!! After I was disqualify for the Covered California, he told me that and that's the end of the story. I have further questions but refuse to answer to me.

I realized that he is in the business to make money but he can't find some free time to answer some of my questions?

In fact, I thought my current health insurance got cancelled when I received a letter from Kaiser. I was so panically that I end up calling Kaiser but I found out they just cancel my old plan and put me in a new plan.

So since he refuse to answer any of my questions, I end up going back to my friend and ask him questions instead.

I made a HUGE MISTAKE going to him and I will NOT RECOMMEND him at all! AVOID HIM!!
