I have never worked with an insurance broker before, but if this is how they operate, I will never again. When they need your money, they are quick to respond. However, when you need help, questions answered, or policies changed, it will take weeks, if not months to get everything taken care of because they are "busy." If you have money and time to waste, this is the place for you but if you want to work with someone who genuinely cares about your best interest for you or your business, run and run fast. I would give them zero stars if I could.

I only gave a 1 star because I could not give lower. The insurance company I was with pulled out of Texas so, genrose just sent me a new policy that was $1300 higher, with no phone call or explanation. So I got a policy with another company. I called and left multiple message with Sabrina, who never returned my call and also sent an email. This was early July. I finally got a notice my insurance will be cancelled on September 1st. I requested a cancellation on July 15th. Surprised they are still in business with such crappy service

Michael needs to just retire from being an insurance broker. He has opt to not respond to my emails, phone calls, voicemails and text messages. I called his office and someone said they would forward my complaint about my policy never being cancelled when my home was sold and them trying to renew it to the "account manager". He said he saw my emails come through and forwarded them to the "account manager" meanwhile nobody even called or emailed me back.

They are the worst broker ever!!! The owner Michael has been taking care of our account for several years now and I have been very disappointed this past few years. We are a small business so I guess it is not important to him to take care of us. He has misquoted me which resulted thousands of dollars in loss (that I personally had to pay insurance since we had to get a different insurance rather than keep our old insurance) and they will not terminate the insurance when requested. We got charged by insurances for 3 months in a row because he didn't process our cancelation. He or his office will not respond to my emails or phone calls. They are the most irresponsible, unreliable insurance broker. I am happy to not do any business with them anymore after losing so much money because of them.

Brian Weaver is a life saver! I was getting severely screwed over by my previous insurance carrier. I called Brian on recommendation from a local Facebook group, and boy am I glad I did! Brian answered my call and promptly set me up with an amazing quote. Within 24 hours of calling him, I had a brand spanking new home and auto policy with BETTER coverage on both, and the best part is I’m saving $470 a month. That’s over $5000 a year in savings!
