Geoffrey Torres Agency and American Family Insurance have been a wonderful insurance company for us for the last 10 years. American family insurance as a whole is great insurance company, just be careful on which agent you choose. The wife and I cancelled with this particular agent over a month ago, they cancelled the policy, but never cancelled the automatic withdraw. We are still awaiting for our reimbursement check after he has blammed everybody but him self. First it was our fault for not calling back to confirm we cancelled, after we cancelled, then it was his assistants fault and now it's the billing departments fault. He was extreamly rude to my wife and the billing department over a three way phone call which in turned into the billing department hanging up because of his attitude.
