I would definitely recommend working with Andrew and his team. I reached out when I was having some questions about my insurance claim and whether or not it would be a good idea to work with a Public Adjuster. Andrew was responsive, timely, thorough, and honest in his communication and assistance. I was very appreciative to not have to shop around and call more places I had found the answers that I needed and most appreciated the honesty and integrity of this business owner. Andrew Gibson was a savior in working my claim when my FLAT ROOF leaked on my rental property. I strongly recommend working with him at Gibson and Associates, Totowa NJ as your public adjuster. He never missed a call and responded to texts right away. Andrew was very professional, helpful and understanding throughout the entire process. He had one of his colleagues pick up the keys to my rental building from my house and was able to work around my tenant's schedules and coordinate with them in order to give the insurance company inspector access and when he needed to get photos of the roof. My insurance company initially denied our claim for bogus reasons and Andrew was able to successfully appeal it due to the comprehensive paper trail he had of his communication with the insurance company and I couldn't be happier with the result. He then overnighted the check with the keys back to me. I didn't need to go to my rental property or anywhere once during this entire process. He will save you time, money and headaches. Their price is more than fair and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for each of my future insurance needs.

Our office was flooded with Hurricane Ida in September. Over $500k in damages...we hired Gibson and Associates to help us....best decision we ever made. We were completely overwhelmed, but Brian made the process so much easier for us. He guided us every step of the way and got us the maximum amount possible from our insurance company...we couldn't have done it without him.. Brian and his company were great! My only wish is that I never have to use Brian again!!!

I strongly recommend working with Rui Silva at Gibson and Associates, Totowa NJ, for your insurance claims. My sister-in-law lost her house to a terrible fire and I worked with Rui to claim the structural and content loss from her homeowner’s insurance and to rebuild it. When needed, he hired and/or recommended experts to me, he returned phone calls and texts quickly, but the majority of the time picks up right away— even on one occasion when he was on vacation and another when he was out of the country for a family medical emergency. Other times, if he was on another call or out of the office and it was late afternoon, he would return my call that same evening. He worked as the liaison between us and the insurance adjuster and also our builder to get the necessary receipts submitted and displacement rent reimbursed. When problems with the insurance adjuster came up, Rui got them corrected. Rui was very professional, adept, helpful and empathetic throughout the entire process. On one occasion, he even dropped off a check for me in person. Do not hesitate to hire Gibson. They will save you time, money and headaches. They will give you fair and honest assessments and with their expert knowledge, save you money. A good public adjuster will find money that you might have otherwise neglected to claim. Do not try to do this on your own. It’s a lot of work. I highly recommend. A+

I would highly recommend Gibson and Associates. They were extremely professional and know the business inside and out. They ensured that we received what we deserved from the insurance company and I was surprised at the speed at which they did so. They also were able to have us moved out of our apartment and into a hotel within days of us contracting their services. Andrew was very helpful, responsive and thorough. I would recommend their services to anybody who has an insurance claim.
