My journey to a new windshield started Jun 4th with Glass Doctor telling me it would be a wait because my 2023 Tundra windshield was on backorder. They couldn't give me an exact date of arrival but would likely take over two months( a real bummer). Tuesday i got the call that they had my windshield in and was ready to install now. Wow, i was excited by the news and today they installed it. I was told it would take two hours so i settled in an took a nap as i waited for them to complete the task. I was awakened and told it was done early. My whole experience from start to completion was extremely professional and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Yes I would definitely suggest to friends that they should give Glass Doctor a call.

They did it excellent job giving me a new windshield. I’m very pleased they vacuum and cleaned out the interior of my car, which was not in the best of shape.
Even my own dealership when they work on my car never vacuumed , or washed it.

Always a super pleasant experience with glass doctor. They work efficiently and are very affordable. My truck has cream interior so I was very nervous about the black goo near the pillars on windshield where the material meets glass but I had no reason to be they were very diligent and meticulous. They work with insurance so you don’t have to worry about anything just file a claim and it’s handled. I’ve had a rock chip induced full length crack on my windshield for six months now and just got my girl back and it feels like a brand new truck.
Super friendly staff super quick turn around and amazing work.

These guys are amazing. One of their reps Rita went out of her way to research and find a side window for my old dodge work truck. She found a used one and got me in the next day. I have brought these guys a ton of glass work, they stand behind what they sell you, they make it easy. It’s well worth the 15m ride out to their shop, check them out.

We were in a pinch after our car had a crack in the windshield right before we had to ship it. Called them and Rita was so very helpful! She squeezed us in and was a lifesaver! They thought it may take 2 hours but they got it done in 1!! Truly great! Top notch customer service!

Making the appointment and getting my windshield replaced was so easy. When I came for my appointment, they warned me that they were short staffed and might not have it done in 2 hours like originally planned. They ended up having it done in an hour and a half. Very impressed with the service and the ease of getting this taken care of. Thank you.

From the administrative staff to the quote guys to the installation crew; all very punctual and friendly. No complaints here! They were also the cheapest and have the best warranty in town. Also turn around time was impressive ? highly recommend!
