Had a bit of a snafu regarding my mortgage company remitting my payment to CA FAIR ACT insurance. I've spent two months trying to get someone to help. Finally called my broker at Global Guard and luckily got Irene on the phone. She's so cool! She understood the issue and immediately started working to resolve it. Very friendly, patient, and professional. In fact, I accidentally hung up and Irene called me back right away. I didn't have to start all over! I feel much less stressed now that Irene's on my side. Insurance in California is becoming a nightmare. But Daphe was able to help us solve a huge problem when we received a cancellation letter from our DIC insurer due to a neighbor's overhanging tree branches. She called the insurer and got them to rescind the cancellation, which was such a relief. Thank you very much Daphne, we appreciate your help.

After days of difficulties and worries to get insurance for my home. I was canceled for a late payment by another company. Days of going to different companies just to keep being turned down. I found assistance in California called Fair Plan. I was hesitant. They referred me to Global Guard Insurance. I spoke with Riana several time. She went out of her way to make me feel good about my decision to go with Global Guard. She answered questions and would return my text messages that I left for her. I’m very happy with how I was treated and so happy that my home is now insured. If in need contact Global Guard and speak with Riana. Amazing experience.

My experience with this Scamming Business was overwhelmingly negative. I urge anyone considering their services to proceed with caution and do thorough research beforehand. They scammed me of 165$ , I originally requested 2500$ deductibles insurance, Tony the scam artist made a contract with 5000$ deductibles instead and charged me for like it was 2500 $ deductibles , they refused to refund my money after i didn't want to sign the contract , they canceled my policy and didn't want to refund me ths money, I had to open a dispute with my bank , Scams like this not only waste your time and money but also contribute to a broader culture of distrust in legitimate businesses. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!
