After paying for this policy, they have taken the amount out in little increments here and there. I set a date for them to take their payment out of my bank account, only for them to take it out whenever they felt like. So I called and ask to change the date. They of course helped me change that... ONLY TO TAKE THEIR PAYMENTS AGAIN BEFORE SAID DATE! So I call again and explain that they can't do that because I am a single mother and Melinda or Linda (she mumbled her name) to tell me, " ma'am that's your personal life, that has nothing to do with us."

Execpt you are messing with my personal life, putting my bank account in the negative EVERY MONTH THAT I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Some guy came to my fiancés work and told him it was a certain price but ended up being more. Family heritage charged his account 3 different times, the exact same day!! Even after we emailed and requested to cancel. 0 stars and I’d highly recommend not taking the salespeople up on their offers.

One Star is too good for this office. They will NOT answer the phone and they will NOT return phone calls. Bill Hayes will only send us text messages speaking of things that does not even pertain to our policies. I have been paying my policies like clock work for over 3 years and they can't even tell me who my agent is. I have an older text from Bill Hayes advising me his office is our agent and now that we have questions, all of a sudden, he is not our agent. Lies, Lies, Lies... Family Heritage is a joke and a scheme to take your money only. We are filing a formal complaint on them tomorrow. Everyone BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE of this agency!!!

We have 3 insurance policies with Family Heritage(Cancer, Cardiac, & Accidental). Our agent, Michael Chaney is wonderful! My parents, grandparents, great grandparents, aunts/uncles, cousins, friends, etc. all have polices with Mr. Chaney. My husband, son, and I are very fortunate and have not filed a claim; however, I have helped my grandparents file claims and being able to reach out to our agent for help is very convenient. Mr. Chaney always goes above and beyond for my family and others. I also love how we never have to “follow up” on our policies! Our preventative payments are directly deposited 1-2 weeks after I fax our records and any time I have questions my agent answers or calls back within a few hours. I would recommend Family Heritage to anyone and everyone!

I, Shirley Washington, the Mayor of Pine Bluff, has had a wonderful experience with Ms. Lolita Smith. I wish all agents were like her. She is very friendly, outgoing, and sincerely concerned about giving clients the proper counseling about their insurance needs and services. She make sure that all paperwork for claims are complete and the client is satisfied. She also keep in touch with her clients at least once or twice per month to make sure everything is in order. I would recommend Ms. Smith to anyone. To sum her up Customer Friendly.
