I can not believe that this establishment is still in business. After violating my privacy rights numerous times, as well as many others, not following their own set forth qualifications or procedures, Such as number of employees needed to receive their services, they proceeded anyways even knowing we did not qualify and on top of it do not even sign up the qualifying amount of employees for their services, not only that but the sign up gal had 2 other individuals that are both adults sitting in during the exchange of personal information and never once asked if we were OK with that, and then sending one of their top rudest employees as a bill collector "Who called you babe" after hours to my establishment, who just wanted to argue with me and threaten me at my business for a bill I have never received, My employees never received anything from them in the mail either which is very strange, I thought they were all about providing employees life benefits? I guess not, and not only that but I did not qualify for any of it according to their guidelines not mine. and even if I did they still did not even sign up the correct amount of employees to receive their services, And then have the nerve to come illegally trying to collect money for a bill I have never received, after business hours for work, and for work on their end that is less than complete in any fashion because we would not qualify for the services to begin with, and I am sorry but if one of my customers told me that they did not receive a bill I would gladly provide them with a full one and walk them through what was billed and why. Just to make sure we are all on the same page I would talk to everyone involved. Not send a bounty hunter to collect some fraudulent money where my employees were not even made aware that their benefits even started These are just a few of the many things that I never received at all from this so called multi million dollar company. You all have been warned. Run as far away as you can if you get this so called business at your door step. Globe Life insurance needs to hear about this representation that this company is doing for them. I guarantee if there family members were treated the same way this company treated me it would be taken immediate disciplinary action against this group. Globe life you should be ashamed of yourselves

I worked in the food service industry for over 20 years so I wasn't sure what to expect when i decided to switch careers.. I will say Stephanie, Ashley as well as the other leaders have been amazing! They have worked with me day in and day out to make sure Im comfortable with the process and support me as needed. They really have been amazing. Its hard work but its worth it! They are so fun, positive and they really do create a culture of "every win is a win", because its true!
