I am no expert when it comes to insurance policies. It actually can be overwhelming and some people don’t break down the details in a lingo that you understand and it can make people feel uneducated. Allison has been so great helping me feel comfortable and shared all the info where I actually understand and can share details with others vs asking for a one pager that doesn’t give the details the justice it needs for people to trust it. Thanks Allison for being so professional yet personable to help me feel so comfortable and didn’t feel stupid asking questions. You have the natural touch this industry needs!! I recently had to file my mamas life insurance claim after she lost her battle to Small cell lung cancer. Jamie Davis, our agent was absolutely amazing to work with and went above and beyond for us. She kept in constant communication with me through the process and answered all of my questions. She made one of the worst things a daughter has to do a little easier by making sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed.
