Globe has your back & your health in mind!

Unfortunately we had a garage fire then stayed in the home for four days and nights before going to a hotel with our family and animals due to the inaction of our insurance company.  We pray our health will be fine after breathing in the toxicities.

My 91-year-old dad recommended getting a public adjuster‘s opinion.  I thought our insurance company was taking care of things as they were paying for our hotel.  I just wish I would had called Globe sooner.  Jeff listened to our concerns, inspected our home and thankfully took on our claim.

Jeff and Chuck were surprised that the adjuster had not been to our home personally a month after the fire.  They suggested we get out of the hotel and move into a more comfortable temporary home,  which we did not know we could ask for from our insurance carrier.

Jeff and Chuck knew what to look and ask for.  We went from the insurance company approval of cleaning a few rooms to Globe’s suggestion and approval of all of the rooms being cleaned and painted as well as broadening the scope of work needed to repair our home.

The most important thing Globe did was hire an environmental testing company that showed soot in our 1975 built home and now exposed asbestos.

They also noticed the siding had soot among many other areas we would have never thought of.

Thank God for Globe having our backs and health in mind.

I honestly do not know where to begin. Leonard was just absolutely amazing! Honesty and integrity are 2 things I consider when speaking with someone. Leonard should be rated superior in customer satisfaction. I needed hel/ advice, someone honest to listen and have some empathy for what I was dealing with.
