Go claims were really good in handling my claims. I did not have to deal with the insurance company which is nightmarish. HOWEVER. they should advised their client about the consequences of filing claims. I had 2 claims -water damage- that were found at the same time. 2 months later Citizen cancelled my policy and is now refusing to insure my house. It is now a nightmare for me to find insurance. I wish i had never filed claims with Go Claim. I wish I had known the consequences of me doing this. Despite the fact that they were able to collect the maximum amount for each claim which was used to repair damages now the cost of my insurance is going to basically double. So i am at worse loss now than if I had paid repairs oit of my own pocket. Not even sure how I can afford to keep this house anymore. Such a disaster. Just remember that no matter what, the insurance will always win. So if it is your first ever claim, you will be fine, if more, you will be red flagged by insurance cies for 5 years with extreme difficulties to find home insurance! Such a scam.
