This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with an insurance company. I was rear ended by a truck that has kemper for their insurance. My car was in the auto body shop for well over a month. Tiffany Ortiz then told me that , kemper is only responsible for 8 days of the rental and that the auto body shop is responsible for reimbursing me for the rental.
My car was then held for an additional week because kemper outright refused to pay $275 for the additional time for a repair. I then paid that out of pocket and asked to be reimbursed for that, which Tiffany Ortiz then told me that kemper is not responsible for that either. This company should not be in business. They only want to pass the buck. Do not use this company. I’m still waiting to hear from a supervisor to see if I can be reimbursed. Terrible company.

What a tragediegh Ashleigh is. I was hit by a woman who has Kemper for her insurance holder and this agency is a joke. I can’t get ahold of Ashleigh via phone, text, email, bird, or string & can. I’ve left multiple messages, texted, called her superior Andrea who is never to be found, and talked to several different people within the company but all they could do was send me to Ashleigh or Andrea and we all know where the infinite bowl of nothing goes.

Do not waste your time with this insurance, they are not responsible for the damages, they only want your money but at the time of an accident they do nothing, you simply do not want to drop a penny of the money that you give them yourself. Very bad company. Two months ago I had an accident and I called my insurer, and they only told me that they couldn't do anything, the insurance that I pay for and that of the other person is supposed to solve that, for that we pay them, but they simply they washed their hands saying nothing can be done. Don't waste your money with this company.

I’ve had a terrible experience thus far. Poor communication, I’ve been overcharged and when I try to give the extra information that I was asked for, to give the rate that I was promised, it was ignored, and they continue to increase my rates
