Have used Gotham for many years. Just had a leak that went onto neighbor’s property. Neighbor actually slipped and fell. Thank god we had insurance. Gotham was great guiding us through the process. Could have been very scary and costly for us. Great personal attention.

I'm surprised these guys don't have 5 stars on Google like they do on Yelp. Jeff is the man. He responded to me really quickly and within a couple emails exchanged, we were ready to go. This was probably the best possible experience I could have had with them.

Do not work with a Lady named Francis. She was extremely rude on the phone and in a rush to go home before closing hours. Due to her non professionalism I am switching my clients insurance to a company who has reps who like to take care of their clients.
