Every interaction I've had with Grace and another employee, Samantha, has been top notch. There is almost never a wait to talk to someone, and if the person I'm calling for isn't available, someone else has always been able to help me just as well. Today I got an email that my insurance was on the verge of cancelation ( I forgot to get the payment in haha)... I emailed back asking if I could work it out tomorrow instead, and I almost IMMEDIATELY got another email offering to connect by phone and see what could be done. This was unexpected as it was over half an hour after closing! Samantha helped me with this, and spent the next 20 minutes helping to get the payment taken care of on top of adjusting the policy for a new vehicle, replacing an older one we had recently traded in. The whole process was smooth and Samantha answered all of my questions (there are always many) with kindness and courtesy. These folks have been our household's go-to for insurance for quite a while, and remember both me and my partner. Great people, great service. I highly recommend!

Grace works so hard for us. She proactively thinks of everything which provides us incredible piece of mind. We called her after hours when we got in a fender bender in Hawaii on vacation and she picked up right away and helped us through the incident.
