I can't express enough how grateful we are for the exceptional service provided by Great Lakes Adjusters! After a hail storm hit last May, our insurance company initially denied a full replacement of the original siding on our 1960s-era home. Thankfully, someone knocked on our door from Great Lakes Adjusters, and they worked to get us approved for a full replacement of our 60+ year old siding.

From the beginning, their team was very clear about the process and went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied with the appraisal and claim process. Steven, in particular, guided us through every step, keeping us updated with calls and texts, and making sure we understood everything along the way. Not only did Steven advocate for us to secure the full replacement, but he also went the extra mile by helping us with some financial aspects and taking care of additional costs.

We are beyond happy with the outcome and the level of professionalism and care shown by Great Lakes Adjusters. Despite sign on house saying no solicitations, their representative rang doorbell to try and sell service. If they show such little regard for simple requests and bother homeowners who prefer not to be contacted, why would anyone trust them with financial matters. Do not trust this company.
