A very knowledgeable agent. Perry was very patient when I need to speak to him. I have been gone through quite a few insurance companies and still learn some new knowledge from him. Furthermore, he is willing to go extra miles to understand a customer need and shop the best rate for his clients.

Have been using their service for the many years - they are very responsive to requests (such as adding vehicles, add new drivers etc). What separate them to others is that they are always happy to review every year's renewal cost for me to ensure good rates (comparing rate from different insurance companies they represent for) . Perry Li the owner stays on top of things to ensure quality service and he is always very nice to talk too.

Don’t waste your time with this insurance company first of all I called. I spoke with somebody for 30 minutes. Got all the information and told me he was going to get back to me next week when I called him back he said like oh we’re so busy sorry you go somewhere else and that insurance was very important. Waste of time please do not waste your time.
