Worst experience ever. I had an accident and I called them to tell me what should I do. They didn’t know. Then the insurance that I paid for. They never called me back after I started the case. And I called the adjuster a many times. I car was destroyed I was hurt and I had to pay for the healthcare and the auto repair.

Very rude and unprofessional.... i was born and raised in this town. I highly recommend anyone who is thinking of getting insurance through Juan, Bob H. or their not so pleasant secretary to take the time and shop ANYWHERE else... I've opened a dispute with my bank and visa... save yourself the trouble!!!

Rude, wont return phone calls, minimal effort taken to search for available policies. Avoid at all cost. Online search WAY more effective for best coverage and prices.
