Very bad customer service. Rude, not willing to answer questions direct and clear.
I have canceled my policy and asked for a refund. I never received confirmation that my policy was canceled or a refund.
This company is also affiliated with EFG Company (said they never heard of them).When I contacted the EFG person that called me, to let him know he had lied, never heard back. My contract had the wrong address on it, never contacted about a misprint. Call's from my dealership were very dicey!
Received particle refund, no letter, still no confirmation on my policy being canceled. This company works under many didn't names. I will not quit leaving bad rating. I want a full refund! The customer service person that I had talked to, has left the company.
Protect your loved one from this kind of fraud.
This company has a D rating with the Better Business Bureau.
They had no intention of ever paying a claim.

My experience with the Auto Protection Club at this address has been deplorable. I signed up for the policy and changed my mind after talking to my husband. When I called "Chris" answered the phone. When I told him why i was calling her became very belligerent and very confrontational. He wanted my husband phone number so he could call him, he told me I didn't know what I was talking about, that my husband was not concerned with me or my well being if I cancelled this policy. He would interrupt me when I was talking and then had the nerve to tell me that he was going to put me on hold until I could have a conversation.
Please do not use this company at all. Something very shady is going on when something like this happens.
I was told in order to cancel my policy I had to mail a letter with my contract number as well as a notarized statement with my odometer reading on it.
I cannot tell you how infuriated that I am right now!!!!
They are refusing to return my money. Chris told me that I'm allowing my husband to tell me what to do.
He even told me to report it to the BBB and gave me the web address and hung up on me.

This coverage has save me twice once on an 800 power window and once on a $2200 electrical problem I have no ideal what they were going to charge and going in to the shop with the piece of mind knowing I was protected was very comforting. I recommend this to anyone on a tight budget they were able to work with me on my payments.
