Braden@Greg Kolb Agency in Jefferson City is by far the BEST in the insurance world!!! If you need insurance for car and home or whatever else they offer there he is the one to trust. He has always treated me as part of the his our family! Like if I were his sister and needed coverage on my house this is what he would recommend!!! His level of care for his clients is by far the best I have ever had when dealing with insurance. That’s why for years now even though I have moved from the Jefferson City community still get all of my insurance from the company he personally works for. Good thing he is still with that agency because where he goes I will follow!!! That’s what everyone should want is someone they can trust to protect their family and livelihood!!! We’ve had American Family homeowners insurance for a number of years but had never filed a claim. In April we experienced a large hail storm and knew a claim would be necessary. American Family reacted quickly and professionally. Jill in the local office reached out the next morning and guided us through the process. The adjuster was onsite early the following week and we had our check within 3 weeks! I’m happy to have such great folks to work with - local people that know us but large enough to handle big events. Thanks to Greg and his great team!

The team at Greg Kolb’s office are always ready to advocate for you. During a life event, Jill was my rock watching out for my best interests at every turn. Recently involved with my 1st ever claim. In moment of pure frustration with claims department, I reached out to his office. Braden listened and gave me a number of a claims manager I could call. When we hung up, he went a step farther, contacting claims himself saying contact was needed with me as soon as possible. A manager at claims contacted me within 15 minutes after ended call with Braden. A great example of customer service! I appreciate the team!
