If I could give a 1 star I would. I called and they told me they would give me a call back and that was this morning and I need insurance today so i just went in. Once I had got there, there was a sign on the door saying they would be back at 3 so I waited the 20 mins for them to get there and once they where opening up the 2 lady's said hi how can I help u while opening the door. I then told them I had and they never called me back so i decided to just come in. The lady seemed to get Irritated with me after I told her that and then told me we're not accepting any new policies right now. but that's not what they told me over the phone. That lady needs an attitude adjustment! I don't understand if that was true why didn't they just say that over the phone. Not only that since when do insurance companies have a limit on new clients?

Unfortunately I had to rewrite my review of Allstate. Everything was fine until they decided to change how payments are made. And that change was that I had to give up my bank information. I understand that changes are needed, however in the world we live in, regardless of the business I just don’t trust the system, especially with my bank information. Furthermore and this made me cancel my insurance with Allstate, if I don’t accept there process and continue paying the way it is as already set up, I would be charged A FEE each time I made a payment the old way. So it would cost me MORE for insurance not less. And yes they did give out a notice saying a change was coming. Even though I did tell them I was not happy about the change, I did not receive ANY word from ANYONE at Allstate to try and keep me as a loyal customer. And I was very disappointing by them taking no action to try to keep me, Instead all I received was my bill with a fee. So I cancelled my insurance and as soon as I get a newer home I will be canceling my home insurance and going with someone else.
Sorry but true.

Cynthia was incredibly cold hearted and lacking empathy when my mother inquired about the rise in her rate, Cynthia blurted out "well, you're a widow now, we offer that discount to married couples" as if she had forgotten she lost her spouse. Cunthia was incredibly rude and encouraged us to seek other insurance, which we did.

I had all state for about 8 years had ticket in that time a couple years ago and a week ago they more than doubled my insurance I called immediately and canceled and went to State Farm my insurance is cheaper at State Farm then I was paying before they raised it at Allstate Allstate used to be a good company but now they're all about the greed

I've been a customer of Greg's for 1.5 years. I can't say enough good things about Greg and Kyle. They made switching insurance companies as seamless as possible. They answered all of my questions, allowed me to operate at my pace, and did not pressure me into anything.
In the end, it was a no brainer: excellent coverage (same as my previous), with lower premiums, and lower deductibles. The $ typically guides are decisions when it comes to insurance. In my experience, the customer service experience was the added bonus. They've even reached out to me on their own accord, to make sure I was pleased with my Allstate experience. This is definitely a top-notch office.

Gregory and his team made me feel at home as soon as i opened the door. They were professional and knowledgeable of all insurance products. I thought allstate was going to be too expensive but in fact they saved me money and i got WAY BETTER coverage for a lot less. I highly recommend their services.
