I met a couple adjusters after the fire at my 6-family building. I didn't feel comfortable with them. Someone told me about Justin. I called him the next morning, and he met me that day.
After 5 minutes and a cup of coffee I knew he was the right person for the job. And I was right. I received the complete amount of insurance payout I could have.

On 2/02/23 my world slid out from under me. The family home for over 60 years , was destroyed by fire.
My 85 year old mother was devestated ,I was making arrangements for a temporary home for my mom. I knew in that moment my limited knowledge of home insurance left us in a very vulnerable position.
Justin showed up at that moment, and I was confused. I thought he worked for the insurance company but he would in fact work for me in defense of the insurance company. It was a lot to process.

In the late January of 2023, the second floor of my three-family rental income house was caught on fire by a faulty electrical wire and caused an extensive damage to the unit. Justin was referred to me by a friend and I agreed to meet him at the site. He explained the process of dealing with the insurance due to fire thoroughly, so I hired him right on the spot. He quickly got his crews secured and winterized the property on that day. He also got the emergency cash assistance from the insurance for my displaced tenants right away. The loss of personal property, especially a home, due to a flood or fire is any family's worst nightmare. Such was the case for our family in February 2023, when our pipes burst during an arctic freeze, flooding our entire Shrewsbury home. Everything was damaged, from furnishings, to major appliances, to the walls and flooring. While we mourned the loss of these memory-filled items, we questioned our own judgement, wondering what, if anything we could have done to prevent this from happening. We were in a vulnerable state, facing insurance companies that required precise documentation.

After experiencing significant flooding and water damage to our home during a major storm, my efforts to work with our insurance company were painful to say the least. While trying to navigate the claim on my own at a time when hundreds of others were doing the same, the insurance company was difficult to get a hold of, not providing me with answers to my questions, and provided an initial claim amount that barely cover the cost of the cleanup and mold mitigation expenses let alone any of the repair work. Justin did a great job handling our insurance claim after we had a furnace explosion in our home. The damage was extensive and we had to move out of our house for a year while it was being fixed.
