I never understood the role of an insurance adjuster until I met Jared Evans from Guardian. He is so knowledgeable and provides so much information to his customers that it makes this process (usually around a stressful situation) so easy to manage and digest! I always thought if it broke, you just fix it. Now I know, and educate all of my real estate clients that when something breaks bring Jared Evans from Guardian Adjustment Group in first. I have learned that many do not understand when an insurance claim is needed. Jared knows what to do. He is also amazing at getting top dollar for claims, even after an insurance company settled.for less. If you have an issue or loss in your home, bring Jared over before calling the plumber, roofer, contractor. He will help you with claims or educate you when there isn't a claim.

Nyles was awesome, professional and a huge help!!! I had a sewage back up which flooded my basement and some of the main floor. I put in a claim with insurance and they gave me a very small amount which was not even close enough to get all the work done. I got in touch with Nyles who stepped in and did all the communication with my insurance company which was a HUGE help. He was able to more than triple the amount that the insurance company offered. He was very professional and kept me up to date through the whole process. Would definitely recommend if anyone is in need of a public adjuster!

If you're reading these reviews, you've already realized that home owners insurance claims are a tough battle for you to take on by yourself. Nyles and the Guardian Adjustment Group are excellent Public Adjusters to have on your side. Nyles got us through the long and stressful process, setting expectations and clearly communicating along the way. He knows the process for dealing with the insurance companies who are trying to pay out as little as possible. In our specific case, we were not getting anywhere with the insurance adjuster and had to take our claim to a judge. It took months to get through this process, be prepared. Most homeowners are not equipped to outlast the bureaucracy of a large corporate insurance group. Nyles and the Guardian Group were there every step of the way, taking over communication, preparing paperwork, keeping track of costs and pressing the insurance company for updates and action. Ultimately we were very pleased with our final payout. Without Nyles we would've got a fraction of the payout from our insurance company. I can't thank them enough for getting us through one of the most stressful situations in home ownership!

I’ve worked with Jared over the past 9 months on our insurance claim where our basement flooded back in January. I’ll say this….it takes time, and you need to be patient with the process, but Jared was a shark who fought tooth and nail for our claim and was able to max out our coverage which was a huge help in covering all our expenses in replacing our damaged property and refinishing our basement. My water heater broke in my basement back in June. It wasn’t nothing crazy, but carpet had to be replaced some molding, some desks and some paint work that had to be done. I thought It was something that I could handle with the insurance company, and for a couple weeks we haggled over $300. I was referred to Nyles by a friend. He explained the process, explained because I started doing this myself that it would take a little bit longer and for me to have some patience, which I did. I appreciated him setting the expectations upfront.
In the end instead of getting the $300 I wanted, Nyles was able to get a few thousand dollars more. The insurance company overlooked a handful of items that Nyles picked up right away. In the future, if I ever have a homeowner’s claim, I am going to Nyles right from jump Street to help me out. I highly recommend this company if someone has a claim they are dealing with. When dealing with an someone or a company that owes you money, don’t let them be the ones to tell you how much money they owe you.
