I been a resident here for a little over a month. I was scared prior to moving in because it was the first actual big decision I made on my own. I wanted to make sure that I was choosing the perfect place to call home. When I walked into the office it didn't look anything like what I thought it was going to look like this place was huge and clean and beautiful I was amazed. Meeting Breanna she was very professional but made me feel welcomed and like I was already home. After getting the tour I knew this was the place for me AMENITIES it came with and for the PRICE and the SIZE of my apartment PERFECT. Since mooving in everytine I have a question Noah and Wendy are great to answer and help me out. I am glad I choose Hancock Terrace to call home.

I went in to tour an apartment and I loved the community. Wendy gave me amazing service! She was so knowledgeable about the area and was so friendly! she took me to the pool, gym and spas and made it so fun . Plus the dog park is amazing. I definitely would recommend seeing Wendy to find out about the apartments and everything they have to offer.

Kurt was such an amazing help! A true blessing! My stove had caught on fire and I have severe ptsd from fire, he was able to stay calm and keep me calm throughout the process of getting it out! He showed up in a timely manner and even helped me get the smoke smell out of my house!

Breanne has been amazing. She helped me move in last year and has always been very patient and kind. I am now upgrading to a larger apartment still at the Hancock terrace and Breanne has been great in helping with the process.

One of the nicest apartments that I’ve had. The amenities are great. The pool is especially nice! The dog park addition has also been really nice.

I had an issue with the return of my deposit. After one phone call with Wendy she cleared up the mistake fast and concise. i couldn't be happier with how she handled my problem

The workers are respectful, nice and very helpful. My application process was fast and easy. Juliet was very helpful and answer all our questions. Every one in the office is very nice and friendly. My only concern is parking, I don’t see any over night security like other properties have. Over all it’s a very nice and clean place.
