APRIL IS THE BEST!!

I have asked her over a dozen questions in the past month. She's answered them all and often times provided more insight than I'd expect from an insurance agent. She makes me feel cared for as a human being!

I recently had to add a vehicle to my insurance policy and then have it replaced with a separate vehicle within the same month - while also asking for quotes on a few coverage options. This was an easy and painless process with April.

Lastly, April has been so timely with her responses. Her communication is impeccable. She has even let me know when I could expect a response if it's for a request/question that will take more time to get back to me on. Normally, we communicate via email. But just last week I had a policy change that I needed to have completed on the same day, so I gave her a quick call and she made changes immediately.

So happy to have a go-to insurance agent. Thanks, April!! 🙂
