Harden-Pauli Funeral Home was truly an answer to prayer. We were trying to make arrangements for an extended family member and Mark took care of everything for us. What a relief, a true Godsend! He shared details appropriately, kept us informed throughout the process and reminded us of other things to look into. It was like working with a friend. Their facilities are lovely and welcoming, and they have thought of everything, down to the smallest detail. Everyone we interacted with there were so nice and very helpful and accommodating. The sadest day of my life was when I lost the love of my life. Time stood still. I had no idea where life would take me and yet I knew they always say; "Life Goes On" and it did! Thanks to the Harden Pauli Funeral Home and their staff I was able to be provided with all that was needed to handle cremation services. Their staff was so warm and compassionate. They knew what I was going thru and handle everything for me with dignity, respect and I can't thank them enough during this trying time. I was blessed to find such a wonderful family to take care of me and even though I have a long road ahead; they were kind enough to encourage me to call them if I ever need anything else. Steven and the team was absolutely amazing during Our difficult time after Our mother passed, the whole team went above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns we had, they never pushed products or services on us which was greatly appreciated. Having a team to help guide my sister and I during a time that was very unexpected was a blessing. I cannot recommend Harden-Pauli funeral home enough, my mom was pick up the same day as her passing, I knew I could trust them taking care of her and she'd be safe. Thank you for everything you do, I know it is hard to be surrounded by grief as a job but to have people like you during someone else's hardest times is a blessing

When my father died suddenly in Florida and I was in Indiana, Harden-Pauli Funeral Home took care of everything. The evening that he was found, I didn't know where to turn and chose Harden-Pauli because they were near where he lived. The Umatilla Police Department contact Harden-Pauli for me and they were wonderful in dealing with everything. Even in the late hours of the evening and early the next morning, they called me and let me know when my dad was safely within their funeral home. When we flew in, they treated my brother and me with upmost respect and helped us make the decisions we needed to make to take care of everything. Even from afar, they were so very helpful.

Mr.Pauli and Mark were very sensitive and accommodating to my needs. My mother who just about made 97, passed away in Mt. Dora, and because of the wonderful people at Harden-Pauli, I immediately reached out to them.
