When my husband and I became self-employed a few years ago, we were brand new to buying our own health insurance, figuring out our options based on different eligibility criteria, and it was all a bit overwhelming! Thankfully we found Jessica at Susan Fujimoto's office with Harmony Health. Navigating Covered CA became possible because of her help. She is truly so wonderful and helpful! She is prompt and responsive with emails and is really good at breaking things down and simplifying the info and your options. I called in after reading all the positive reviews and inquired about health insurance coverage for the next year. I am a big fan of personable customer service and knowledgeable staff and Jessica definitely delivered on both! She gave me a few cost-effective options based on my requests/needs. After the recent Presidential election, my family and I were desperate for information regarding possible changes to my insurance benefits, which is currently covered by the Affordable Care Act. Suzi graciously shared her knowledge and wisdom, and assured me that she would keep me posted, should changes were to occur that affected my coverage.
