I have been using Harry Thal insurance for over ten years. His service (free) has been a huge help in locating the best fit for my Medicare Supplemental and Prescription D insurance plans. Each fall his office sends me a questionnaire to see if any of my needs have changed. He then compares my current coverage and premium with the new plans that roll out in January. (They keep changing!) His office sends me a letter to let me know what they have found - and recommends the best coverage for ME with the lowest premium. I pay nothing for this, and have peace of mind that I don't have to read the mind-boggling fine print for each of the plans myself. He has many years of experience, is professional and responsive. Highly highly recommend.

I talked to them twice and said I wanted to get health insurance for 2023. They asked me several very personal questions and said they would call me back later that day. They never called me back, so I signed up with Blue Shield online (and that was surprisingly easy to do!).
Based on Harry P Thai's lack of customer service, I was probably a better off going somewhere else anyway.
