Best Agent around hands down. My experience with Haughn is now rolling up on 25 consecutive years; at previous employer and now at Ohio Glass and Aluminum Co. We have all of our business insurance with H&A. Their customer service is unmatched, quick to respond, and they are problem solvers. Very difficult to have a relationship with and the staff is a revolving door....CONSTANTLY! Every time I call it's a different person. Updated review: Today, 6/20 I attempted to call in order to make a policy change and was told..."they are all out to lunch". Surprised to find there's not full coverage during business hours when this agent services policies across multiple time zones.
