I've been with haven for 12 years without incident. The broker advised me how to use the online portal, haven state I've been doing it wrongly by not uploading the vehicle information. Terrible

The worst insurance company I've ever dealt with. Was in an accident that wasn't mu fault but as the court case was active it was still classed as my fault. As a result my insurance sky rockted in price. I was told once it was resolved I would be refunded for the extra I was paying. When it the court case had finally finished and the result was that the accident wasn't my fault, they gave me my no claims back but refused to refund me and told me thar my insurance epuld have been the same regardless if the fault was on my name or not. I put a complaint in its been 6 weeks no ones got back to me. All round just a terrible insurance company

Heaven insurance uk most worst company.. actually I’m using subcontractor of heaven insurance company name insurance revolution all fake and doggy company charge high I had pay my cencelation fee also outstanding fee of £208.44 also £207.78 still send me fake and untrusted email asking and demanding pay again everyone keep an eye on these companies fake and doggy companies.. one company name Acorn all subcontractors of Heaven all fake and doggy company’s

This insurance Company are Terrible, I was a third party and they stated they would take care of everything. they repeatedly didnt pay for the hire vehicle and I was getting chased, they have now had my car for almost 2 months and it still isn't being repaired. Their operatives dont have a clue what they are doing and are quite rude.
Prey you never get involved in a collision with someone insured by them and please never use them as your insurer.
I am only giving 1 star as there is no option for 0.

My taxi broken down and I call breakdown service and soon technician arrives,and he told me call tomorrow morning and we will take ur car to ur chosen garage,I call this morning 8:50am and now 02:30pm still waiting for recovery,GOD knows when they will arrive..poorest third class company…avoid this scammers

uk worst insurance company. They give you maximum stress , pain, lost, if you want to wast ur few thousand pounds please burnt it with fire yourself instead of giving to haven in return they give maximum mental stress and torture

Someone smashed my car from the back and they made investigation and they asked me for a dish cam I sent it for them and they told me is your responsibility even they never check the third-party dish cam and they say is your responsibility that’s absolutely rubbish insurance company.
And they never answered the phone, and sometimes if they answer the phone, they say the system is not working

Cancelled my son's insurance due to Theo device incorrectly stating he was speeding (he was doing 47mph on 60mph). They cancelled his insurance, despite me showing evidence that they were wrong. We are now 6 months down the line and the financial ombudsman has told Acorn they must pay son back cancellation charges, plus difference in new policy, plus the interest. A total of just under £2k. They are a disgusting, incompetent, appalling company who financially destroyed my son when he should have been enjoying being a new driver.
