This is my first time coming in to the clinic, this young lady here is an angel, Leticia was such an amazing person. She did not treat me different because our language barrier. She used an interpreter to help translate all my childs need. This young lady went above and beyond to help me visualize where quest diagnostic is located and even scheduled an appointment for my son to get labs drawn. The medical assistant Leticia is just such a wonderful person and personality. Will definitely continue coming here, because of the doctor and this angel Leticia.

I AM very happy having My care and My sons care here, everyone is very respectful from the recepcionist to the back office medical assistant Leticia is an amazing employee she went above and beyond to find a facility that i needed help finding and couldnt get i'm contact with the facility that called me. She is amazing medical assistant, very compassionate and caring for others. Love this facility

I was welcomed with friendly staff and medical assistant Leticia was very helpful, explained in detail where to go get labs done and how to get other test i need to get done performed such a sweet heart. Even tou other staff was rushing Her, she kept calm and kept explaining. The wait was not long Doctor was very nice and helpful in explaining how to take the medicine prescribed. The medicine was called into my pharmacy and it was ready to pick up immediately. I have been to to other facilites and Doctors for care three different times and My primary care Physician could not see me for 2 weeks.” but here at the BELLE GLADE clbrumback they SEE You right away.

If I could give this place a -5 score I would. I can't get anyone on the phone to get my records. Ive left several voice mails and nobody calls me back. If you like to deal with a doctor that you can't even get front desk on the phone this is the perfect place. But if you like good customer service stay as far as you can from this practice as they don't ever answer the phone or call you back.
