I had a great experience for my first time appointment here, the front desk office staff was polite and professional as well as the medical assistant that attended me was great. APRN Finley made my visit wonderful she was kind, caring and really made me feel comfortable. She also listened to every concern I had.

I had an exceptional experience at the Health Care District of Palm Beach County, Lake Worth location. The nurses, doctors, and staff were outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything we needed to know, something we had not experienced at other locations. The team at this clinic truly goes above and beyond for their patients. I came in on 02/03/2025. I did not have an appointment but needed to be see desperately seeing that I was in pain over the weekend. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted pleasantly by the secretary, which by the way had a beautiful smile. She then spoke to a nurse that came out and brought me into an Office to have a private conversation with me on what was going on. That nurse which I’m sorry I do not remember. Her name was also very nice and pleasant. She did book me in for an appointment right there and then. I then was taken back by Nini And she was so sweet, so pleasant and made sure to tell me that they were going to take good care of me. Then the APRN Nicole Finley, came in and did exactly what Nini said they were going to do Which was taken care of me. I had an exam done and she gave me what I needed. I high This OBTYN office and cannot express how lovely everyone was From the time that I walked in to the time that I left. Thank you, thank you thank you for such a pleasant visit.

The Health Care district of Palm Beach County in Lakewood fl are the best Clinic anybody would love to go to ,they have good staff and wonderful service with respect good nurses. The team are so good and you feel like you’re welcome home when you come to this clinic, I don’t know for the rest of them, but this one in Lakeworth I will give my heart for them, they take good care of my mother 💕🙏🏼

Finally got an appointment, took over 2 hours in this clinic to be seen with an appointment and they dropped my insurance 2 weeks after so my referrals do not mean anything and now to start all over. Do NOT wage your time with this clinic if you are actually hoping to find a doctor who cares about you look elsewhere they don’t care at all you are a number.

My appointment was scheduled for 10:40 AM, and I arrived at the clinic at 10:30 AM. I waited until 12:00 PM to finally be taken to a room. Once in the room, I waited again for the provider to show up, but they never came. I eventually decided to leave and informed the front desk that I was leaving because the provider never showed up. I wasted a lot of time waiting and didn't even get to see the provider.

I have found the professionalism and efficiency of the staff in the office to be second to none. The women are always extending themselves to assist the patients individually. I have never had an experience were I was not heard by the team. Special thanks to the Manager Elba for really keeping the team running efficiently. Having faced a particularly complicated medical issue which required surgery. I’m thankful it was done with this group women by my side.
