I truly cannot say enough awful things about this insurance company. I have never left a review of any negative feedback but I encourage everyone to steer clear of this scam of a business. As a type 1 diabetic health insurance is a huge factor in my regular care. Ashley, who set up my plan, completely lied about this plans benefits. I signed up for this program because of the “free” insulin & products. Guess who never received the first of these critical medications and products? I have been with this insurance since June 3rd and as someone who insulin dependent, the seriousness of the matter was not treated properly. Customer support is minimal and no one could ever give a direct & precise answer without saying “I don’t know”. It takes talent to be so confident in your line of work and have the skill level or knowledge of a child. After having to pay out of pocket for the last 4 months for all of my supplies I decided to cancel my plan. I wish I would’ve done it so much sooner!

BUYER BEWARE...they will sell you an insurance policy and tell you it is Blue cross Blue shield private policy and will cover all your medical you won't get a card for weeks then when you do it comes as junk mail.An it's NOT Blue cross Blue shield it's something called Advanced Wellness that u can't use for 30 days n u try contacting them with no response .finally u get ahold of them and they refuse to refund your money complete scam. They get an keep your money and u don't get the insurance they tell u that u r paying for

I HAVE ASKED TO BE TAKEN OFF THEIR CALL LIST ABOUT 80 TIMES. NOT TO MENTION I AM ON THE NATIONAL DNC REGISTRY. THIS COMPANY HARASSES PEOPLE. ALSO GOOGLE THEIR MULTIPLE LAWSUITS.

I put off dozens of calls earlier, but couldn't be more pleased to finally take a call and found Health IQ to be outstanding in taking me through the steps of enrollment that provides numerous benefits at no extra costs. Their agent was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in providing the best health plan coverage added to my Medicare coverage

The agent was very helpful in finding a prescription plan that would work for me. Had problems with my computer and the agent was very patience with me and walking me through everything. The agent sent the site where I needed to go so I could finish the application on my cellphone. Thank you so much for finding me a better prescription plan and for your patience.

I would give this organization minus 10 stars if I could. They keep calling me several times a day. They have been asked to stop. I am on both the state and national no-call lists. These people need to follow the law period. I keep see other complaints where the owner gives these lame excuses and needs the phone number. Dear owner follow the law. What do you not understand about that? By the way, because of the excessive number of harassing calls from this organization, I have turned this over for prosecution. I would advise everyone to avoid this company because of their flagrant abusive marketing practices.

I'm a 58-year-old in good shape. I just ran the NYC Marathon, row often, bike, etc. I saw good reviews of Health IQ so I figured I'd look into their policies.
Well, it has been a nightmare ever since. Endless phone calls -even when you ask them NOT to call. This number , that number, they'll hound you all day at work. When they have figured out that you've shut your ringer off, they start texting. And, when you do get to call them back, the process is very disorganized. No callbacks.
I finally told them I'm not interested. Way too much badgering.

Update -a week+ later and they're STILL hounding me. 4 calls to my office one morning and they just started again today. I've emailed them to stop, hung up on them several times. Unbelievable. Do I have to file with the FCC or something? I emailed that I didn't want it. What did they do? They edited the policy and sent it again!

Let's think about this, you're examined and found to be fit. It's unlikely that you'll die in the term (15 years). If any of us do, it will more than likely be because we were out doing something fun and will probably be excluded. Great business. No wonder they hound you to death.

My representative Katharine was EXCEPTIONAL!! From the moment she answered the phone, I knew I was "GREETED" with a smile & I felt a "TRUST"! For weeks I've been reviewing ALL plans, have had numerous phone calls (not as pleasant sounding) so that was a plus.

I'm mid 66+ and had trouble understanding most plans & Katherine had patience, kind & TRULY wasn't bothered w/questions. Even explained a coverage I had that I wasn't aware of!! I did have everything ready, meds, drs etc..(did 4get some,) no problem she never got rattled!! Shes a representative that YOU TRAINED RIGHT/GIVE HER A PROMOTION!! Even told me if I have any questions & my husband getting ready mid year, call her & I HIGHLY recommend her.Very knowledgeable on policies.
