Very bad company to get insurance. American family insurance don't fix nothing when you need. I was pay insurance for 8 years in my house and when I needed they don't care. I made big mistake to believe in this agency. I will try another one is my only option. But I given it a little advice DON'T TRUST ON THIS PEOPLE THEY LIE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR FAMILY. To the person answer my review. Please don't said that if you never saw my roof, the bottom line is American family insurance is care less about the customers and your staff never help me like before. Very disappointed.
