You guys, I have never had an insurance agent go above and beyond like Heidi did. We were scheduled to close on our new manufactured home on Halloween but the insurance company I had planned on using denied us at the last minute due to high fire zone. Heidi was the only agent that physically jumped in her car and assessed my property herself! How’s that for customer service!? I have not spent a lot of time time with the staff (Denise) in this office, but so far I am impressed. The follow up email messages are most appreciated and welcomed as it is a preliminary to good customer service in the future.
OK, after working with Denise and speaking with Heidi, I decided to ask for an insurance quote. Without delay I purchased policies for our four vehicles and motor home. I will be working with this office to insure my new home as soon as I am to that point. We stopped by this week and enjoyed the personable atmosphere and service we received.
