I am Scotts motorcycle service in Gardendale, been paying premiums for 20+ years.
had waterpipes freeze dec 26,2022. massive damage to my business. As of April 10.2023 claim is still under review, and absolutely no help from all the people at this insurance company.

Called and spoke with a rep on getting a quote on a apartment, and after telling him some information he said it was not worth his time to even quote and hung up on me.

I understand not being able to, but to hang up on me is very unprofessional!

Buyers beware, shows me they are not worth doing business with.
