My parents and I have been with State Farm for well over 30 years, and Henry has been part of that a majority of that time. Working with Henry has always been a pleasure, even during difficult times. Myself having working in insurance at one point, specifically for an in house staff counsel office, I find that Henry is far more honest with his efforts that other brokers. He is very clear and careful with the way he does business and he is most certainly reliable when it comes time. The insurance industry overall isn't a very open world, but people like Henry make it a lot easier to do business with. On top of that, he is definitely loyal to his clients.

We were with Henry at State Farm for nearly 3 years and I wouldn’t recommend the service. It was all good until we needed to claim or cancel our policy and then it got challenging.
We were sold a policy that wasn’t fit for purpose which we found out when we tried to claim earlier this year.
We’ve found it incredibly difficult to get hold of Henry, to get amendments made to our COI or to cancel a policy.
We also were charged for our policy for two months after we cancelled it and we are still waiting for our check 5months later. How many checks can go missing in the mail?
We’ve worked with some good people in his office over the years, Sim and Beatrice to name two.
However, I’d recommend going with another insurance provider that won’t sell you a policy that isn’t fit for purpose and one that’s easier to get hold of and see results.

Henry continued to charge me for two years after I cancelled service with him. I wrote and called him a dozen times before it was even addressed. Countless Hours wasted simply trying to get the money back that was wrongfully charged. I have spoke to him directly multiple time and he was not concerned in the slightest.
