11/16/24，I was driving straight to the right, my car was hit by an Uber vehicle insured by Hereford Insurance. At the time, his car was parked in a no standing any time position. The genius driver suddenly accelerated without warning and no turn signal. Obviously, he was 100% responsible. After notifying me in writing that I could rent a car, I rented it for 19 days till today. Yesterday, Hereford Insurance informed me that I was 5% responsible, with a repair fee of 2448, and only 5 days of rental expenses were reimbursed!

I'm not sure what or how much star should I put!!! My car was parked on my property & some others' cars broke red lights & hits my Tesla... & it's been 2 weeks. I'm still in no man's land!! My broker is saying it can't be a claim since my commercial car has liability!! Ok, rytly, so my insurance should take some liability, at least when it's zero fault from my side!!! Can't even claim by myself on the hereford website!!

I switched to this insurance company for a better rate, but ended up paying more in the long run due to hidden fees and unexplained rate hikes. When I needed to file a claim after an accident, the process was slow and frustrating. They kept asking for the same documents multiple times and didn't respond to my inquiries in a timely manner. Totally unreliable and unprofessional. Would not recommend to anyone, find a company that actually values its customers.
