Recently worked with Clark Harrell on coverage for our RV which we live full-time in. Clark was AWESOME, frankly the best insurance experience I've ever had! Their agency wasn't licensed in our home state when we first called but Clark stayed on it and when they were licensed he let us know. We got MORE coverage for LESS money with Progressive than what we were able to get working directly with Progressive. I HIGHLY recommend Clark and this agency!

I’ve had an existing policy with this policy since 2008, kept paying my premiums for over a decade and CANNOT get an agent on the phone even when my house caught on fire!! Even when I called right at 9am on a Friday, when their offices are “open”
Hours past and still no returned phone call.

BUT when I fill out a new customer quote on the website, I get an agent on the phone within 10 mins. FUNNY how 13+ years as an existing customer cannot get a call returned but a new customer can within mere minutes.

Fast forward to 2/25/21, I left a message and the lady told me that all agents are busy.
I can’t talk to the insurance company because they referred me to my “agent” for policy specifics.

Only this location and another is open but they aren’t taking “clients”
