I'm only giving the 5 stars for the owner/agent. He's insured some of my rentals and listens to what I want. Now the other day I called in with a new homes information and gave it to his secretary like normal and when I was finished she felt like I needed her opinion in that I was a bad business man in that I wanted to under insure the house in its value. There was more said at that point but I ended up not insuring the house with them and will be thinking about any future business with the company I would give a neg 5 stars for that interaction

My homeowners insurance policy was transferred to the Hodges Insurance Agency when my previous agent stopped selling Allstate. It just happened to coincide with the selling of my home in the area. When I went looking for the refund from my escrow account, I found out I had a new agent! Bryan Hodges has been very helpful, in working with Allstate to get my refund. He isn't getting a commission from my account, but he helped me anyway. He is a great guy, if I ever buy another home in that area, he will be my agent!
