Blaine and Debbie and all of the Home and Business Public Adjusters staff did a fantastic job of getting me policy limits from my insurance company after I had a catastrophic house fire in December of 2023. I’ve known Blaine for over 40 years. He was right there after our house fire. He and his staff took care of everything - even found us housing within 2 days. They navigated all of the insurance work for us and were professional every step of the way. They took so much stress off of us during this time. Blaine and his team are fantastic. He has dealt with many insurance companies and contractors that both my insurance adjuster and contractor were already in his phone. I had a tree fall on my house and thanks to Blaine and his team, I consider it a blessing with the detail work he did to make sure I was reimbursed to the MAX! I saw a complaint about him getting back. His staff is very good and if you need anything they will get you the information promptly. You don't need to call Blaine directly all the time with the great staff he has.

We lost our home to a devastating fire in December 2023. Within minutes, we became homeless, standing on the street without even a coat, with our two GSDs by our side. I can’t even imagine what we would have done if not for Blaine.

When something like that happens, you’re in shock, and you don’t even realize it. There’s no way you can make good decisions—if you can make any at all. Blaine came highly recommended, and I called him a few days later. He arrived right away, and after just a few minutes of talking, it felt like a thousand tons had been lifted from my shoulders. From despair, there was hope.

Blaine handled everything—from dealing with insurance to helping us choose the right contractor. He guided us through the entire process of rebuilding our home and ensured we received the money we were entitled to. He listened, and the emotional support he offered was priceless. One year later, just before Christmas 2024, we moved back into our beautiful new home.

Blaine at Home and Business Public Adjusters is AMAZING! My wonderful hair stylist told me about him . My mom’s home had been destroyed by fire two weeks prior. I was so stressed out trying to handle everything myself . She said I HAD to call Blaine, “He’s the best!”
From the moment I called him , he was right there with us, walking us through the entire process. I was so relieved. He handled the assessments, called and hired contractors to go through, itemize and remove the entire contents of the home. He even found someone to restore my mother’s priceless mantel clock that had belonged to her grandfather!
He has always been kind, knowledgeable and extremely patient with all of my questions, and I ask A LOT of questions! It can be very frustrating dealing with insurance companies and Blaine and his team expertly handled everything from start to finish. As others have said , at times it can seem like nothing is happening with the claim. However, that couldn’t be farther from the truth, Blaine and his Wife Debbie were working behind the scenes on our behalf, fighting to get my parents the restitution they deserved. Just as we were coming to the end of our claim period and thought State Farm had paid all they were going to pay , Blaine surprised us with news that another very large check was coming! He had gotten State Farm to award my parents their Full Policy Limits! Which we NEVER could have done on our own! My family and I are extremely grateful to Blaine and Debbie and the entire staff for all they’ve done. The fire was a devastating loss and incredibly stressful for my mom and our family. Knowing Blaine and HBPA were on our side and had our backs was a huge comfort and stress reducer! I highly recommend Home and Business Public Adjusters, they are the BEST!!!
