SCAM - I hired home safe claims after my home flooded from hurricane Helene in 2024. They gave me a whole list of things in their contract that they were going to be doing to help me with my insurance. They did NONE OF THOSE THINGS. I had to navigate the whole process by myself and ended up doing so. When I contacted them letting them know that they were in breach of contract and that I would not be continuing using their company, They angreed and apologized. However, then they sent the bill to collections. I am now having to get my attorney involved and I’m going to be taking legal action against this company. I would not recommend this company whatsoever As they completely were in breach of their contract the entire time.

We had a very complex claim while in the process of selling our home. A pipe burst under the house, and although the insurance initially made an offer, they later backed out, requesting another inspection—six months later, when we were no longer living there. Without the ability to provide a new inspection, they tried to deny the claim completely.

Thankfully, we chose to work with Home Safe Claims from the start. Rodrigo and his team were absolutely incredible. When the insurance company stalled and tried to walk away, Rodrigo escalated the case to litigation and brought in the KKP Firm. Using the inspection from the home sale, they were able to negotiate a settlement more than double the original offer the insurance had withdrawn.

We are so happy we trusted Home Safe Claims—they guided us through every step, fought for us, and truly delivered. Thank you, Rodrigo and the entire team, for your dedication and results. We can’t recommend you highly enough!

It's been 3 yrs since home safe claims came into my home busted up my bathroom...nothing has been done...no one is helping...they said not to worry everything was going to be taken care of ..my sink is busted...walls are chopped up...still got mold...it's embarrassing to have people come over and see what Home Safe has done.DO NOT BELIEVE them or let them in your house....they'll knock on your door claiming they're going to help and it nothing but a joke...think twice about hiring them.Home Safe shouldn't even get 1 star...Don't believe the good reviews ...they are fake
