I am not impressed with these people, their over promises to get you the best of help is to help themselves. You're better off helping yourself than ever contacting this company. Their preventative help to keep water coming in the roof ultimately caused more damage to my roof and broke more tiles when the sand bags rolled off and shattered them.

Home Safe Claims really saved our house badly damaged by Hurricane Ian in 2022. We wouldn't be able to complete the repairs without HSC help. The estimate they provided was very accurate and detailed work with our Insurance company was very consistent and efficient. It took us several months to receive the additional funds but it really worthed waiting. All this time the company provided friendly customer service and good communication.

Very disappointed, I personally do not recommend this people, so unprofessional, very poor communication, adjuster’s representation fees were higher then stablished, reason why to this day my roof still not repaired, after more then a year waiting. Finally the nightmare is over… !! Be careful, don’t let yourself be surprised, they will try to take as much advantage as possible from you, like they did with me

I have been dealing with the company since December 2021 and made three successful claims.
The public adjuster, Alexander Kharchenko, is an extremely professional and efficient person, who carried out a detailed inspection of my house and revealed not only the obvious damage, but also the hidden problems which would have been costly to repair. He also successfully communicated with the insurance authorities.
The company have their own specialists who estimate the damage, assess the size and seriousness of the problems. Also, they carry out all necessary communication with the insurance company.

Scammers, stay away from this company. Better to just make a claim yourself and keep your money. Insurance will not give you more money because you using them.
