I purchased Homesafe for two properties believing that if something happened it would be covered. Well two drain pipes cracked on a Saturday. Their expectation was that I should wait til an adjuster reached out. Well I paid on Saturday cause I’m too old to play childish games. On Monday, the adjuster made a decision to deny but did not communicate out to me on Monday. So imagine this … I’d still be without water if the adjuster has it his way. I’m going to take legal actions cause the contract states Coverage includes, “Leaks and Breaks of water”…

I canceled my coverage, y'all on the 12/19 and the billed my on 12/20. Dude told me I wasn't getting my money back and I could escalate to whomever. This company is a fraud. I have the email stating I wouldn't be billed. This company is a fraud. Go look on the BBB site. 1 star.

I have been paying for my policy since 2021. I tried to use it a couple of years ago for my A/C and the discharge hose was not covered. I tried to use it for the second time today and they would not cover the Goodyear bill. They said their started was $167 and would not even cover Goodyear cost on started or labor in hours because they said their manual was less to replace a starter. I thought everyone in the country used the same labor time manual. I am going to get this repair paid and cancel. I have paid $59 a month for 4 years. This coverage is not worth it had has too much small print they show you when they have to pay out. They have too much discretion with parts. No repair shop will accept their parts to be shipped to them. Next you know they will want to send their minimum wager to do the repair. I also found starters for my car on AutoZone and they ranged from $350 to $500. What kind of starter does Car Shield recommend for $167?

Best warranty company that I’ve come across. I was very pleased with my first claim and it went smooth. I called my HVAC guy out after filing the claim and once he figured out what needed to be replaced and the total. We called back in and they approved the claim and paid him over the phone. I was thinking that they would find a way to deny the claim but No. I was surprised because I’ve experienced negative experiences with other warranty companies but they did come through.

I definitely recommend HomeSafe if you’re looking for a home warranty.

I have had two claims since I've had this insurance. One was for a dishwasher which was replaced. I have a current claim for my Samsung refrigerator/freezer which is being repaired today. Claims were easy to file, and I have no negative issues with HomeSafe.

I called HomeSafe to update my payment method. Trish not only updated my payment method but informed me about a HomeSafe promotion that will save me money! In addition, Trish also updated my Car Shield payment information! I was able to take care of my payment information on both plans plus saved some money in the process! Thanks, Trish!

Had the opportunity to speak with Phil from HomeSafe as I was not clear on all the details. This young man was SO kind, so patient with all my questions, and what was refreshing is that he spoke in perfect English grammar. Phil was so professional, yet personable, spoke slowly, answered all my questions, and I might add, in perfect English grammar, no adjectives where there was call for an adverb, again, HOW REFRESHING. Emailed details of our conversation and agreed to mail me print copies of everything as I'm not the best on my computer! I have an old fashioned file cabinet just in case the power goes out, the internet crashes and I just can't figure out how to dind something in my computer. I told him he should tell his Mom she should be proud of him, and I offered to speak to his surevisor also. The survery goes only to 5 stars, however this young man deserves 10 stars! Thanks so very much for your help, Phil!

Absolutely a waste of money!!! DO NOT fall for their schemes!!! Has a my AC unit go out after using them for 10 years. They manipulated and made their own “rules” when it was replaced. NEVER AGAIN will I fall for a scheme like this!!!! DO NOT trust them!!!
